Jesse’s Moving On

Hey guys and gals. We have a bit of an update for you. After 7 years in ministry together, lead guitarist Jesse Triplett has taken a new direction in his musical journey. He wrestled with the decision for a while, but finally felt like it was time for a new season in his life. We wish him well in his new endeavors and will pray continually for God’s hand to direct his steps. He is like a brother to us all and will be missed.
While we are sad to see Jesse go, we are equally excited about what God continues to do through our ministry. We continue to see the altars full of newly committed Believers, hear so many stories of Spiritual renewal and restoration at JD shows, our new single “The Reason” is quickly gaining attention, and we are even in the early planning and writing stages of a new record. Thanks to all of you who have allowed us to minister for so many years. With your continued support and prayers, we’ll be here for many more to come. We love you all!
Here’s a message from Jesse:
Hey everybody! Jesse T here. Just wanted to hit all of you guys up and personally let you know of some things happening with me. I am no longer playing with Julian Drive. I love all those guys like family, but I have reached a point in my life where I felt God stirring my soul to move on to new things in my life as a musician. I have been in this thing for 7 years now, and it has been a great ride. I wouldn’t change it for anything! I believe God takes you through seasons, and I think this is the end of my season here. I have to say, it has been awesome! Thanks everybody who has been coming to shows and supporting JD. Y’all are the best!! Keep it up cause Julian Drive is still going full-throttle still and has some great music in store for you in the future! For anyone who is wondering, YES you will be hearing from me musically. This is just the beginning. God Bless.

hey u guys rock!!!! my name is braden i went to the maranatha camp and your music and eddie’s message inspired me to start a school ministry group i started 2 hours ago and i now have 21 people in my group!!!! i am excited for what the lord is doing in my life thank you so much
It’s so sad to see Jesse T leave. New Album? Thats sweet! I can’t wait! Keep Yall’s great work up (haha I am from the north east and I am saying yall

Hey guys!!! you guys were awesome!! you guys have changed the way that i worship God, I used to be “scared” to raise my hands or jump around but this week i found out that who cares the only one who matters is God

Awe im soooo sad to see jesse leave JD. My prayers are with jesse and hopefuly he will come back to JD someday but if he doesnt just know this once a guy in the julian drive always in the julian drive always & forever.

Jesse, you will be a hard man to replace. I will be eager to see where God places you in your ministry…I know it will be great!
Jesse T! I’m gonna miss you! God has some awesome plans for you and your music though. I’ll be praying for you! As for the rest of Julian Drive, keep rockin it out! I love you guys! Come closer to Bristol so I can visit. =)

What a wonderful group of young men. If ANYONE gets a chance to see Julian Drive GO!!!! God is real, God is LOVE. Thank you guys for being @ the Eastpoint Church of God in worship and praise Halloween night 2009 and leading in morning praise! You and your families are in my prayers……
oh my goodness. i’ve seen jesse so many times. thats a ibg loss to yall. but the good news is that i’m buying yall’s new cd. sometime or another. but happy holidays love yall. miss you jesse<3
